Terms of Service — Rock and Roland
By placing an order with Rock and Roland, you agree to the following terms.
Made to Order All prints are produced on demand by our fulfilment partner, Creativehub Fulfilment (The Print Space). Each order is custom-made specifically for you, which means we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives defective or damaged in transit. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.
Limited Edition Prints Our limited edition prints are produced in strictly numbered editions. Each print is individually numbered and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist. Once an edition is sold out, it will not be reprinted. The edition size and number are stated on each product listing.
Certificate of Authenticity Every limited edition print is supplied with a Certificate of Authenticity. This certificate confirms the edition number, total edition size, print title, and artist signature. The certificate is an integral part of the artwork and contributes to its collectible value.
Open Edition Prints Our open edition prints are available without edition limits and are not accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity unless otherwise stated.
Pricing All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
Intellectual Property All artwork, images, and content on this website remain the intellectual property of Rock and Roland and the respective artists. Reproduction or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
